Yesterday, while chatting with Jetching, he told me that his friends said that Proton Savvy returned from a journey across Peninsular Malaysia on 1⅔ tanks of petrol to set a national fuel economy record for a standard showroom model vehicle above 1000cc. It is quite worth to buy that car at the moment when the petrol price is increasing.
I asked him whether the source is reliable and he told me that the car had just attempted for a place in the Malaysia Book of Records.(Wow....)
"How is fuel consumption of your Perodua Myvi?" I asked.
"Haiz... Don't mention it ... The car was not consuming the oil but 'drinking' the oil indeed. All the national cars are like this." he answered.
I puzzled that Proton Savvy was not a national car???
The statement is having paradox. What Jetching's talking is opposed with the one his friend mentioned. But both statements make sense logically.

:: Pasar Malam Taman Connaught ::
Last night after class, my classmate and I went to the largest night market in Cheras, Malaysia - Pasar malam Taman Connaught.
It was my first time to go Cheras. Everyone was so excited and we planned to have our dinner at there.
Nick was the driver and a lots of funny stories happened along the journey to there.
Jitsern who sat beside Nick became the "navigator". He had to help Nick to read the signboard and informed him whether to turn into the entrance.
"500m ....Turn this side!! Faster!!"
"Which side do you mean?"
Aikz... We missed the 1st entrance which was the faster way to reach. Therefore, we have to make a U-turn far away from the entrance.
Because of the ambiguous statement - "turn this side", the 30 minutes journey was turned to 50 minutes.

:: TuiTioN Fees ::
Last date of payment for tuition fees is 5th September 2008.
This is going to put unnecessary pressure to students due to the deadlines for exam and course regristration.
Students are advised to make early arrangement for the payment to avoid any inconveniences.
However, my classmate - Nick told us that didn't have to worry about the due date of payment.
He said that it can be easily unbarred from credit management unit.
He said that it can be easily unbarred from credit management unit.
My friend, Jiun Wei was trying to persuade Nick to make the payment earlier.
There is an interesting conversation between them.
Jiunwei: "You have to make the early payment. If you don't, you' ll get barred from the exam unit. You'll unable to take your final examination. And you can't even graduate from MMU. Therefore, you can't get a job. You'll end up single, live an unhappy live and die all alone".

Nick: "Okay... okay... I make the payment right now."
Finally, Nick agreed to make the tuition fees payment.
From the conversation above, Jiun Wei was using Ad populum appeal to indirect consequences. His persuasion was intended to make Nick worried about his future and agree with him.

:: FLooD :: =.=
After having my 3 days holidays, Jiun Wei, Jit Sern and I came back to Cyberjaya. On the way back from hometown, we received a call from our housemate - Braddon.
"Hey! Jiunwei, got water leak from your room!!"
From the picture, I can imagine that what was happening just before, just after and just as the picture was taken.
Before this, the water was leaking from the toilet pipe and flood onto the room.
After that, he will start to clean up the mess and water in his room.
